All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with the order details.

You’ll receive another email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery
Standard Shipping (India): 4–7 business days

Express Shipping (India): 2–4 business days

International Shipping: 10–15 business days (may vary depending on location)

Please note: Delivery timelines may be affected during peak seasons, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges
Free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999 (India only).

Shipping charges for orders below ₹999 or for express/international delivery will be calculated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking
Once your package is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email/SMS so you can monitor your order’s progress.

5. Delays & Issues
In rare cases of shipping delays or courier issues, we will notify you promptly.
